Public Sector Social Media 2014

Now in its 6th year, this event has grown to become the premiere conference on social media in the public sector, and it’s not hard to see why. Each year, more and more professionals join us to speak with the experts on the changes Social media is bringing to their departments, and how they can stay on top of this ‘social revolution.’ Indeed, social media have become an essential tool for communication and collaboration, and soon may become as much a part of government business as email. Learn from the experts how to capitalize on this interactive revolution to improve employee and citizen engagement, accelerate projects, access knowledge, enable collaboration, and manage major change initiatives. Public sector social media comfort and experience levels vary greatly, and new ways to work with social media are disrupting long-established practices. Which medium is best for citizen interaction? How can we make better use of social media to drive internal performance? Answer these questions and more with the practical implementation case studies and best practice examples.

Dates and Times:
