- Housemen (labour and handling of materials including installation and dismantling of tables, chairs and staging, room setups, teardowns and turnovers of meeting rooms)
- Housekeeper (vacuuming, mopping, dusting and general cleanliness of the building)
- Event Coordinator (supervising and overseeing the delivery of Housekeeping, Housemen and the Food & Beverage components of events; primary floor contact with clients)
- Event Manager (overall supervision of events)
- Operations Manager (managing all aspects of the daily operations between the client and staff in Housekeeping, Housemen, Food, Beverage, and Cashiers)
- Cashiers (provision of coat check services, selling tickets at food and beverage functions, providing cashier services for food concessions)

- Security Officers (responsible for safety and security of the building, staff and clients)
Engineering
- Maintenance Operators (monitoring and operation of the building automation system and controls, maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems, fire protection systems and specialty equipment, responding to service requests)

- Beverage Coordinator (management of beverage storeroom and providing beverage service to Client Services)
